The Foundation for Learning, Athletics, & Growth (FLAG) is committed to inspiring youth, veterans, and their families to reach goals in academics, athletics, and personal/professional growth.
In addition to developing community programs, we collaborate with other community organizations and non-profits to support initiatives that directly impact youth, veterans, and families in need in our communities.
We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future.

FLAG was formed to provide opportunities for learning and development, where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged. We look to foster personal accomplishments and effectively support our participants with the resources and support they need to succeed. FLAG looks to challenge youth, helping them understand their goals, meet expectations, demonstrate accountability, and empower them to accomplish their set goals.

Mentorship
There is a wealth of professional expertise on our Board and we are committed to offer Mentoring and Internship programs within our respective specific fields , as well as a host of others, to any of our young adult program participants, regardless of Scholarship awards.
Scholarship
FLAG is committed to the advancement of children who are either in need and/or live in troubled situations or families of those who are currently or have previously served in the military.
Partnership
We work with selected charities and established programs to help identify those children and families most in need and do what we can to help make a difference in their lives.
